Demos & trials

How long is the demo?: Each plugin includes a 7-day fully functional trial from first launch in your DAW. No credit card required.
What happens when the trial ends?: Audio output is muted until you enter a license key (CLAU-…) or purchase from our store. Your settings and presets are kept.
Can I reset the trial?: The trial clock is stored locally per plugin. Purchase a license for continued use after the evaluation period.

Where do I buy?: Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy. Use the Buy button on product pages or the pricing page when the store is connected.
How do I activate?: After purchase you receive a license key by email. Enter it in the plugin UI (trial banner) or follow instructions in your receipt.
Are licenses perpetual?: Yes — one-time purchase for a perpetual license unless stated otherwise on the product page. Updates are included for the product line purchased.
What is your refund policy?: 14-day refunds for technical issues or billing errors if the plugin cannot be made to work on a supported system. See the Refund Policy page for details.

macOS or AU support?: Currently Windows VST3 only. macOS builds may be considered for future products based on demand.
Which DAWs are supported?: Any 64-bit VST3 host on Windows. We develop and test primarily in common hosts (Reaper, Cubase, Studio One).
Smart suite — how many instances?: One instance per track. Smart plugins communicate across your session via SessionHub when multiple instances are loaded.
Recommended Smart mix chain?: Typical order: SmartAlign → SmartBalance → SmartMask → Smart3DMixing. SmartVisualizer is monitor-only for diagnosis.

I lost my license key: Check your Lemon Squeezy receipt email or log into the customer portal linked in your purchase confirmation.
