Refund Policy

Try before you buy

Every product marked with a demo includes a 7 days fully functional trial. We strongly recommend installing and testing plugins on your system and DAW before buying. Demos are available from our download page.

Digital goods

Licenses are delivered electronically (license key and/or download link) immediately after payment. Because our products are digital and non-tangible, refunds are limited as described below.

14-day refund window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:

• The plugin does not install or run on a supported system (Windows 10/11, 64-bit VST3 host), and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time; or
• You were charged in error (duplicate order, wrong product).

Refunds are not available when:

• You changed your mind after successful installation and use
• Your DAW or system is unsupported or misconfigured
• You purchased the wrong product but the license was already delivered and activated

How to request a refund

1. Use the seller contact shown in your Lemon Squeezy receipt or customer portal and include your order email, product name, and reason for the request.
2. Include your Lemon Squeezy order number if available (from your receipt).
3. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in license revocation.

EU consumers

If you are an EU consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. By downloading or activating a license immediately, you may lose that right once performance has begun with your prior express consent — we recommend using the free demo first. This does not affect your rights for faulty digital content.
